Stupid Sex Offender Hysteria

I haven't read anything so utterly retarded in my life. Since somewhere in the 90% range of all child molestation cases come from parents, how do you suppose this will be a "be all to end all" in sex crimes? Who ever proposed this, is obviously challenged on many levels intellectually and socially. I followed one link here suggesting that the pedophiles brain is different than who? The hetero-sexual or the Gay or those that are just into sex with fat women? Or inter-racial? How about Anal? Oral?

Give me a break. These people had how many people who they assumed to be "normal" and how many they new for a fact were pedophiles?

Obviously only one conclusion can come from this study. The overwhelming majority of child molestation cases are commited by people who are not actually pedophiles.

The notion that because 90% of all new molestation cases come from first time offenders still does not make pedophilia a pressing problem in our society. We do not need a panacea that would deprive people of due process and their right to privacy and presumption of innocence as well as I suppose their own children who they have not harmed?

It's too bad insanity like this is on the internet because even though I know intellectaully that only psycopaths who are driven by their own pedophilic demons are driven to propose such draconian measures, but some of them actually suceed such as Senator mark Foley who is responsible for some of the most onerous measures in the Adam Walsh act and Neil Cohen who was responsible for legislation against the very internet porn crimes he was caught for.

The fact that I am responding to this so called Act does not mean that I am freigtened by it. It is just that it is exceptionally stupid. Just consider the notion that those who would refuse the test would only refuse out of fear of failure! Thats like a cop telling you if you don't let him search your vehicle that would constitute probable cause to search your vehicle because if you had nothing to hide you would waive your right to privacy and consent like a good camrad.

I also know that the person who wrote this is mentally ill because I saw her on 20/20. She thinks a 22 year old women who had sex with a 16 year old kid who thought she was HOT is a pedo phile and deserves to be harrassed and exposed to all her neighnors.

This is absolutely insane! This is truly a witch hunt! The notion that only pedophiles and threats to children would click on such links! What ever happened to a persons ability to just take a look and see if what is being claimed is true? These links would make someone want to report them to the authorities but who is going to do that without checking them first? I think our government is really populated with sick individuals, how many of those that write these laws have been popped for child sex related charges? At least two that I have seen, Mark Foley is one neil Cohen is another. If the law makers are corrupt then we know the law enforcment agencies are more corrupt and so why should we vest this much power into their hands just to put people in prison who might be alittle curious enough to click a mouse. Would a ration of 1 actual pedophile to 10 non-pedophiles be an acceptable amound of collateral damage to society to put an end to child porn in this way? In my oppinion the language in this entrapment scheme could cause a person to think about pedophilia, who the hell ever thought of a for year old sucking daddy or getting analized by his dad and being "real cute" etc.... This is a sick fucking way to engage in protecting children! What about all the children of those caught up like the one in this story who will have to go about as a registered sex offender just for clicking a mouse out of curiosity? SICK! Adam Walsh murder solved

I don't believe this is a result of some final peice of the puzzle if it was they would be telling us how they finally solved it. What they are probably doing is hoping that if they give credit to ottis toole then if there is a real killer out there alive he may want to get credity himself and spill some beans. The reason I suspect this is because of the language used by Walsh, he acts as if it is such a relieve to finally know conclusively, now they can rest assured knowing what they have always suspected? They dont say what it was that clinched it for them. ITs a crock!

That is not suprising to me; Here in america for the purposes of obscene hard core porn it can be anykind of depiction cartoon, or ever just words alone. But what I havent seen is is textual depictions of cartoon characters, anyone care to try it? I would start the describing in words just adult cartoon characters having skat sex since thats illegal by statute in california.
